TERMS OF SERVICE

DEFINITIONS

"We," "Us," and "Our": Refers to Royal Blueprint NY.
"Client," "You," and "Your": Refers to the individual or entity using our services.

SERVICES

We offer a range of luxury event venue services, including but not limited to Venue Space Rental, the Royal Blueprint Weekend Special, and curated all-inclusive packages: Noble Package, Imperial Package, Majestic Package, and Royal Kids Package. The specific inclusions, pricing, and timelines for each service are outlined in your selected package or separate agreement between us and the client.

USER ELIGIBILITY

By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You warrant that any information provided to us is accurate and up-to-date.

PAYMENT TERMS

All fees and payment schedules are outlined in your booking agreement, invoice, or proposal. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement to secure your event date. Late payments may result in additional fees or cancellation of your reservation. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All creative materials developed by Royal Blueprint NY, including décor designs, signage, branded collateral, marketing content, and visual media, remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified. Clients may receive a limited, non-transferable license to use such materials for personal event use. You warrant that any custom materials provided to us do not infringe upon third-party rights.

CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive or proprietary information shared during our working relationship. This includes, but is not limited to, event designs, client preferences, pricing structures, and vendor arrangements.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Royal Blueprint NY will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold Royal Blueprint NY harmless against any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from your use of our venue or services, your breach of these Terms, or violation of any applicable laws.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our services may include recommendations or coordination with third-party vendors (e.g., DJs, caterers, photographers). While we may suggest or facilitate these services, Royal Blueprint NY is not responsible for their performance, availability, or conduct.

MODIFICATIONS

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via our website or email. Continued use of our services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

TERMINATION

Either party may terminate an agreement in writing if the other party fails to fulfill a material obligation and does not resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe. Upon termination, all outstanding balances are immediately due.

GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be handled in the appropriate courts located in New York.
