Working with Asia from Royal Blueprint Events for our 50th birthday celebration was great! The venue is in a cute nook in Brooklyn, NY. They have different tier options that allow you to book the venue as well as decorations. You get security for your event and everyone I worked with was courteous and professional throughout the process. On the day of the event the space was ready for the event on time with gorgeous table settings and center pieces. Paired with the personalized photo backdrop, welcome sign and table cards all in our requested color scheme. Everything was giving grown and Sexy for this milestone birthday party! Bring your food and drinks and you're good to go! I would definitely book this venue again for another event!

I recently had my 24th birthday dinner party here and I can definitely say Royal Blueprint NY is the place to host your events. The first moment I viewed the venue Asia was very informative and saw the vision I was trying to go for. Within the first couple months of me planning for the party, Asia made sure to stay in contact with me and even texted me when she had any ideas of her own. Once she sees the vision you have you can count on Asia to go above and beyond, her work does not lie. Everybody that came to celebrate with me told me they loved the decor and the attention to every single detail. Where do I start? Asia is a dream to work with (her assistant is a sweetheart too)! All I had to do is give her my color and theme and she brought my vision to life even better than I could imagine. Can I bring my own vendors?

Yes you can.

When is your open house?

We have open house Tuesdays from 6–8pm and Saturdays from 12–2pm.

Where are you located?

We are located in Bushwick, Brooklyn at 11 Weirfield St.

How far in advance should I book?

The latest within 2 weeks, if the date is available. But you can book up to a year in advance.

What is your venue’s capacity?

Our space holds 60 seated and 90 overall capacity.

Do you provide event staff on the day of the event?

Yes, we have an event assistant and security that’s included in the packages.

Do you offer all-inclusive event planning?

Yes. Here are some of the offers we include: Venue rental, Event planning and coordination, Décor and setup (tables, chairs, linens, centerpieces, etc.), Catering and drinks, Staffing (servers, bartenders, security, etc.), Entertainment (DJ, live music, etc.), Photography and/or videography, Cake or desserts, Clean-up services.

Do you offer décor packages?

Yes we do! We have venue and décor packages provided as our all-inclusive service.
